Samsung had announced that the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for the Galaxy Grand Duos would be released shortly in India.
It seems that the update for the device is finally out now and Galaxy Grand Duos users in India can update their device to Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
The update measures 488MB and users will be automatically notified if it is available for their phones. Also, users of Galaxy Grand Duos can check for the update manually by heading to Settings -> About Phone -> Software Update.
It has to be noted that this is the last update to the Galaxy Grand Duos hinting that the phablet is not upgradeable to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
