Google Nexus 5 with 4.9 inch screen smart phone expected to be launched on October 31




The much anticipated Google Nexus 5 is slated for a late October release as per media reports. Tech websites tracking the particulars of the phone have said that the phone is set to be launched on October 31.

The successor to the Nexus 4 has already created a lot of hype for its specs. As per the leaked images that have appeared online, the phone will come with a 4.97-inch full-HD resolution screen with a pixel density of 442ppi.

The device is likely to be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2GB RAM alongside two capacities of storage— 16GB and 32GB.

The device will also house an 8-megapixel rear camera with a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera.

On the connectivity side, the Nexus 5 will support Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, GPS and also support wireless charging.

Reports also have it that the phone at come half the price of the latest Apple iPhone 5s.
