Chinese smartphone maker, Gionee confirmed that it would launch the Elife E7 on November 26th at a grand event held in the Shanghai Film Museum in China. Company's CEO Lu Weibing posted from his Weibo page that the phone would feature a faster Qualcomm 8974AC quad-core chip clocked at 2.5 GHz, so the Elife E7 would be the first phone to feature the Snapdragon 800 (8974AC) chip.

Currently the specifications of this new handset are not know, but based on remours it has been listed down.
Elife E 7 will have 6.1-inch GIZO screen imported from sharp having 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution at 498 ppi and would run on Android 4.3 Jelly bean operating system. Phone will be powered with a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.It would feature a 13MP primary camera on the back and a 5MP front facing camera on the front. The handset will be capable of recording full HD videos.

Experts believe that the device might be priced at around 3,299 yuan, which translates to about Rs.34,000 approximately.
