XOLO Q500 with 4-inch display, quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor launched.




XOLO has launched new smartphone, XOLO Q500 which is powered with 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 MSM8225Q quad core processor with Adreno 203 GPU and runs on runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) OS.

XOLO Q500 is a dual sim phone and comes with a 4 inch capacitive touch OGS screen with 800×480 pixels resolution. It comes with 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage which can be extended upto 32 GB using microSD card. Its a dual camera phone, in which rear camera is of 5MP with LED flash and a front camera of VGA resolution. Rear camera supports video recording.

Its battery is of 1450 mAh capacity which gives a talk-time up to 9 hours on 3G and up to 16 hours on 2G networks. For connectivity, company has given feature of 3G with HSPA (7.2Mbps downlink, 5.76Mbps uplink). There's also Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS and FM radio. Phone has a nice software which is called as X-TransPic, which can automatically convert a photo with Hindi test into English.The text is also read out loud using text to speech functionality and same feature will also be available on other Snapdragon-based Xolo phones.
