Vivo Xplay 3S unveiled world's first 2K display smartphone with a 6-inch display

Chinese handset maker, Vivo has launched it new handset Vivo Xplay 3S which is world's first handset with 2K display. Company has launched this handset in Beijing, China and will be currently sold in China only.

Handset comes with 6-inch display which has 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. In fact it boasts a pixel density of 490ppi. It is powered with a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor and has 3GB RAM. It has a 32GB in built memory. Company has uses metal for making the body of this new handset similarly like Samsung Galaxy Note III. It is just 4.5mm thick and available in black and white color. 

Vivo Xplay 3S has a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and 5-megapixel front-facing camera.Vivo also features a fingerprint sensor just like Apple's latest smartphone. Company has plan to launch this phone outside China in 2014. Phone is expected to sell for CN¥3,498 ($580) in China.
