Acer Liquid X2 With Triple-SIM Slots And Powerful 4000 mAh Battery Launched.

On Tuesday, Acer launched a new smartphone - the Acer Liquid X2 which was showcased during the company's New York press conference.  The company has not yet revealed pricing and availability details.
Acer Liquid X2's contains massive 4000mAh battery which is larger than the Droid Turbo's. It's bigger than the Note 4's battery, as well. Moreover, its ability to support three SIM cards proves to be the main attraction. Notably, Lenovo this week also unveiled two smartphones with a 4000mAh battery, the Lenovo K80 (which also has 4GB of RAM) and the Lenovo A5000.
Not all the specifications are known for the handset, including the Android version it will come with, but more should be revealed closer to release.
The known details are :
  • 5.5-inch display (no word on the display resolution).
  • Powered by an unknown 64-bit octa-core processor.
  • 13-megapixel rear and front camera offering with a f/1.8 lens.
  • Triple SIM.
  • 4000 mAh battery.
Also, the company showed off a Quick Touch flip case with a vertical slot in between, which gives access to music controls, weather, time and other functions without opening the flip cover.
Apart from its pricing and availability, the regions in which it will be accessible is also in dark.
