Receiving a tremendous response in its first flash sale, around 40,000 units were sold out in just 15 seconds as reported by Manu Kumar Jain in his tweet.
Xiaomi will not stop and have announced the date for its second flash sale which is just a week from now. Flipkart will again put on sale this smartphone on May 7 at 2 PM IST. Registration have already begun from 6 PM today for the same.
The processor comes with four performance cores at 1.7 GHz, and four power saving cores at 1.1 GHz. Also, the handset feature Sunlight Display, a technology which allows the phone to do dynamic tone mapping, which in turn, keeps the image quality balanced in bright sunlight.
