US giant, Dell has launched 2 new affordable consumers tablets, Dell Venue 7 and Dell Venue 8 in India market. These new tablets run on Android Jelly Bean OS and get its power from ATOM processor. Dell Venue 7 is priced for INR 10,999 and Venue 8 is priced for INR 17,499.
Dell Venue 7
It comes with a 7 inch capacitive touch screen display which supports 1200×800 pixel resolution. Its processor is 1.6 GHz dual core Intel ATOM chipset. Device runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. Its RAM is of 2 GB and has an inbuilt memory of 16 GB, which is expandable up to 32 GB using micro SD card.
Primary camera is of 3 mega pixel while front one is a VGA. Device gets its power from a battery of 4100 mAh capacity, which delivers decent video playback time of 10 hours. For connectivity, it offers features of Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. It attractive price of INR 10,999 seems a key attraction of this device from Dell.
